As an organizer and office bearer of dozens of organizations during last 3 decades, something has struck me strange. In most organizations, there are only a few handful of leaders who work hard and carry the burden of managing the organization all by themselves. Majority of members are uninterested or just passive spectators.
Yes, most leaders work hard, not smart!
